I ordered a small storage bench and a few kitchen things from Big Lots, i was surprised. The bench feels solid, not shaky or cheap, and the fabric actually looks really nice in person.
One of the bowls had a tiny scuff on it, but it wasn’t a big deal. For the price, everything felt better than I expected, and yeah, I’d definitely buy from them again.

I ordered a few things for the house and everything came exactly how I picked it online. The colors, sizes, and quantities were all right, which I definitely appreciated.
The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because the box showed up a little beat up. Nothing was missing or damaged, but it felt like a preventable issue

Overall, I’m happy with it. The chair is nice and feels like a good deal for the price, at least I think so. Pickup did take longer than I expected, but maybe I just caught them at a busy time. Still, no major complaints

I’ve ordered from biglots.com a few times now, the prices are usually better than what I see at other stores.
The coupons are what keep me checking back. I found a small table and a few home items on sale, then used a coupon on top of it, so it actually felt like I was saving money instead of just getting some fake discount.
