"Great experience.I went to the store location in…"
I went to the store location in Simpsonville sc. The store was well maintained. Everything was so nice and neat. The customer service was excellent. Now I expect for all Big lots to meet these standards. I spoke to the manager and he was really nice. Great experience

"Just to say... BABABOOM SAVINGS."
Excellent items at amazing prices. Saving $ is priority at this season more that ever. Very pleased with shopping at Big lots. Very clean and organized at my location. Staff very friendly and helpful. With keeping aware of covid situation. Everyone wear mask and they have sanitary area. 100% recommended this location store. Savings is our priority for sure! I am lead Support for big lots in Tampa Florida. And I notice that our reward members get these emails, but they do not open them up. U have to click on an email just like you click on all the others. Trust me, you will find deals. From Coco your lead Support in Tampa Florida. We will take care of you. Save lots...BIG LOTS!

“I have shopped at Big Lots for many years In the past, they had the best prices for many items. Now, they have high prices for merchandise that is not even high quality and they don't stock anything that they don't buy as closeout lots.”

“It is semi-legit. I have shopped there many years. Lately, however, their prices have gone up but not their quality. They buy closeout lots of merchandise then resell them to consumers. Their prices should be lower. I won't shop there anymore.”
